Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance (BICG) invites all members to the Annual General Meeting, to be held on the 21st of April in Vilnius.

Corporate Governance Conference 2023 will be held on the 21st of April in Vilnius as well and focus on business resilience among uncertain circumstances, given that during the past year of quickly deteriorated geopolitical conditions Baltic businesses had to face high energy prices, soaring inflation and many other challenges. It once again highlighted the importance of business ability to withstand pressure, with good corporate governance being one of the key tools to ensure it.
