Since 2009, the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance has set the agenda for corporate governance development in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. We are a non-profit, non-governmental association that engages businesses and political leaders in encouraging best corporate governance practices in the region.
The Institute creates programs, other events and policy publications in order to reach its mission. This includes education programs for Board members and Chairpersons and good corporate governance guidelines for private, public and state controlled businesses.
We aim to be the most transparent and accessible civil society organization in the Baltics. Our members are individuals and companies who share and support our mission.
